Moatasim Albalushi

The Chairman with over 25 years of experience in managing strategic projects and tenders at the Ministry of Education. He has held several leadership positions, including Assistant Director of the Projects and Maintenance Department in North Al Batinah Governorate, and later Managing Director of the Projects Department at the Ministry’s General Diwan. He is also a certified arbitrator with the Omani courts for dispute resolution, distinguished by his legal expertise and in-depth knowledge in strategic planning, policy development, team building, and promoting good governance

Younis Al-Qrinawi

The CEO is a professional Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and driving strategic initiatives within the oil and infrastructure sectors. He demonstrates exceptional expertise in planning and executing projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely completion. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across diverse international environments and is a registered member of both the Jordanian Engineers Association and the Oman Society of Engineers.
