He has held several leadership positions, including Assistant Director of the Projects and Maintenance Department in North Al Batinah Governorate, and later Managing Director of the Projects Department at the Ministry’s General Diwan. He is also a certified arbitrator with the Omani courts for dispute resolution, distinguished by his legal expertise and in-depth knowledge in strategic planning, policy development, team building, and promoting good governance

Younis Mahmood
The CEO is a professional Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and driving strategic initiatives within the oil and infrastructure sectors. He demonstrates exceptional expertise in planning and executing projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely completion. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across diverse international environments and is a registered member of both the Jordanian Engineers Association and the Oman Society of Engineers.

Fadi Younis is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in construction and finishing works.
He has worked on residential, commercial, and large-scale oil and gas projects in Jordan and abroad.
His expertise includes site supervision, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, Prokon, and Revit, he ensures accuracy, safety, and quality control on-site.

Fuad Younis
Fuad Younis is an Environmental Engineer with a Master’s degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from IHE Delft in the Netherlands. He specializes in hydrological studies, remote sensing, and numerical modeling of surface water and groundwater systems using tools like HEC-RAS and MODFLOW. Fuad is actively involved in groundwater contamination research and has contributed to several Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for infrastructure and water-related projects. His work supports sustainable water resource management and environmentally responsible infrastructure development.

Feras Younis is a Geoinformatics and Geomatics Engineer with expertise in AI, drones, and spatial data analytics.
He holds an MSc in Geoinformatics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
His experience spans civil engineering, UAV-based surveying, geomatics, computer vision, and decision support systems.
Skilled in Python, SQL, and geospatial libraries, he develops predictive models, spatial analyses, and interactive dashboards.
Feras integrates drones, geomatics, and AI to enhance environmental monitoring, mapping, and engineering applications.
